What we collect

Your name and email when you create an account. Payment details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.

Usage data about which lessons you open and how far you progress, because the platform needs it to show you where you stopped.

Anything you voluntarily submit: community posts, assignment submissions, and messages to support.

Why we collect it

To run your account, deliver the courses, track your progress, and answer you when you write to us.

To understand which lessons people abandon, so we can rewrite them. This is analysed in aggregate.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not share your email with third parties for marketing. We do not run advertising trackers that follow you across other websites.

We do not use your community posts or assignment submissions to train models without asking you first.

Who else sees it

Our payment processor, for billing. Our email provider, to send you transactional email. Our hosting and analytics providers, in the course of running the site. Each holds only what it needs.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and everything attached to it. Write to us and we will action it within thirty days.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account exists and for one year afterwards, in case you return. Billing records are kept as long as Indian tax law requires.
