Stated plainly here, on the checkout page, and in the FAQ — because a no-refund policy that a buyer only discovers afterwards is the kind of thing that deserves a chargeback.

Why there are no refunds
The guides are digital files delivered to your inbox within a minute of payment. Once they have been sent they cannot be returned, and there is no way to withdraw access to something already downloaded.
Rather than operate a policy we could not enforce, we do not offer refunds on change of mind, and we say so before you pay rather than after.
What we do instead
A full chapter is free to read on this site, with no email address required. It is a real chapter from a real guide, not a summary or a teaser.
Read it before you buy. If the writing is not what you want, you have lost nothing. If it is, you already know exactly what ₹1,500 gets you.
The exception: non-delivery
If you pay and the email never arrives, that is our failure and not a change of mind. Write to us and we will either get the files to you the same day or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.
This applies however long ago you paid. A payment that produced nothing is always refunded.
Duplicate payments
If you are charged twice for the same purchase, the duplicate is refunded in full as soon as you tell us or we notice it.
